Sometimes, no matter how well weve packed it, somebody decides to put a forklift through it. Sometimes, it turns out that youve gotten the wrong item. We understand. Were happy to make things right. Please help us make it easier by following our return policy.

RETURN FOR DAMAGE IN SHIPPING All orders are handled and packaged to ensure their safe and sound arrival. If your package is received with obvious external damage, please refuse shipment unopened citing damage. This will ensure immediate replacement of your order or refund. If, upon opening your package, you find the contents damaged, please keep all of the original packaging and notify us immediately via email (support@colorsandhues.com).

Please note that all orders are printed and made specifically against your order and therefore cannot be returned or replaced once the order is accepted and you have been duly notified of the same. The only instance where your purchased product can be returned / replaced is when you receive the purchased product in a defective condition. In such cases you will need to send us the defective product at your cost. Return / replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Colors and Hues team. All minor defects will be considered for repair and not replaced. Any product damaged due to negligence of customer, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns / Replacement Policy. Replacement clearly means printing the same print and sending to you in the same size. You can request a different photograph other than your originally ordered photograph as a replacement.
